MY WINNINGS ARE ONLY ABOUT 300 LESS THE BOUNES OF 75 DOLLARS I THINK MY TOTAL WILL BE 225 DOLLARS WHEN I GET TO PUT INTO TO EVEN BE ABLE TO WITH DRAW IT SO FAR THE FORM WILL NOT ALLOW ME TO WITHDRAW ANY OF THE MONEY OR EVEN REQUEST A WITHDRAW IT TELLS ME TO FAX FORMS HOWEVER I DID ON OCT.3.2010 AM WITH NO RESPONCE. I HOPE TO HEAR FROM SOMEONE VERY SOON. They sure seem to get it from you quick enough. But try getting yours from them. Evey when they give you free chips its not going to do you any good , at the time it seeems like its great. But they know whos got the free chips and who not to let win. I can go to any casino in california or the united stated and play on my hundred or two hundred dollars for three times the amount of time they allow us to play on there machines. There just pulling money out of our pockets and keeping there economy goning by it.. not to mention the where else the money goes...Im afraid to guess. It may include the next attack on americans...these games are not regulated by anyone but themselves and if they say they are then there bought out. Be carefull where you spend your last buck , because it may be the one that pays for the bullet that kills you........

I agree with the richard, they are out for money. Please don't allow them to give you free chips or bonus because you cannot cash out until, you fulfill the money you borrow from them. Then they ask you for all your information like your a criminal, then it takes them two weeks to send the money you just won. I believe it is a scam I might be wrong, but it takes entirely too long to receive your winnings.

Do not gambale at win palace. They will take your winnings and hold them ransom. I was told by one of the employees Mark, that i would be fuc*ed if i filed a complaint with my credit card company to get my money back. They use scare tactics and will run you around in circles about their policies. Just dont do business with them. if you are currently stop now and file a complaint and get your money back. Bad business very non upfront about how your money is going to be handled. It should be very clear how they will handle your money and its not. They cant even explain it to you. They will rob you of your hard earned cash. They should be investigated and put in jail.

Every on line casino is the same Cool Cat lets you win then splits the money up in to small amounts you get ever 6 weeks! then once you win you are set to never win again! ever, it is impossible to not win at least once in 4 weeks but that is what they do. I deleted them as well as Win Palace as they just took and took and you never can win. The very best thing to do is never down load these places, you lose way way more then you will ever win.
