I've had a bad experience as well, they informed me of the documents needed to get paid, I faxed them...twice, theysaid they could see somethings, but not make out others, then I did as they suggested and took pictures with a digital camera to make sure that the "security" department could see them, and was sent and e-mail response 3 time saying they were not readable, although I emailed them to other people who could clearly see them. They finally sent a response saying that I was approved for payout. I will not spend another dime until I see my winnings.

But my years of experience gambling online has taught me that there are far too many "bonus abusers' that take up most of the service agents " time and that's what slows down the response time for everyone...not judging anyone, just saying...i don't seem to have this problem ever when I contact gocasino or many of the other casinos I play at.

Im getting more and more piss off with the online support. Go casino software yes software vegas technology didnt pay out on a win ive been unsuccesfully trying to get it taken care of GO CASINO is not answering me. Dont go there with your money software's faulty and owners don't even care that I was cheated and have not done anything.

This is true of all their sister sites as well. If you want to play English harbor casinos, then try the accredited ones...none of the casinos including gocasino, crazyslots, etc. are accredited and they all have the same problems. Do not play there because you will become so aggravated and frustrated...definitely not worth it.
