32Red Acquires Golden Lounge Online Casino

Recently 32Red Casino took over Nedplay, having figured out that the cheapest way to get new customers is to buy Brands. And Nedplay is an online casino brand that is liscensed by Kahnawake and is powered by Microgaming. According to the terms and condition of the contract, 32RedCasino will get the player’s database, software agreements, domain names and everything of the Golden Lounge. Combined with the Nedplay buy, the only liabilities assumed by 32Red related to player balances which amount to £115,000.
